Thank you for your patience as we manually have to input player data and practice times into the separate system to use the Ramp app. If you haven't done so yet, please download the app and your child's eval times should automatically upload. If you've already downloaded the app you may need to log out and back in again for it to refresh.
This app must be used, all Covid questionnaire's have to go through the app and is tracked by us and the ALA. Please make sure you RSVP as well.
As explained in previous emails, evaluations will be different this year with smaller groups and social distancing. Players will be placed into groups of 8-9 players using data from the last two years of evaluations and team placements, kids could be moved into different groups so please make sure to read your emails for time/group changes. There are NO SPECTATORS permitted so parents are expected to drop off their kids at the door and head back to their cars.
Prior to the evaluation: Parents will need to complete the Covid-19 questionnaire which will be done via the Ramp Team App.
Arrival: All evaluations will be held at Airdrie Genesis on the Shane homes field. We need everyone to park at the South entrance (closest to Bert Church), players need to arrive fully dressed in their gear and ready to go on the floor. Please leave all bags and extra clothing, etc in the vehicle. They will only need to change to their indoor shoes once inside. Players will enter through the doors on the right hand side and check in no earlier than 10 minutes before their scheduled time. They will need masks which they can remove once they're on the floor.
During Evaluations: Players must maintain a 3 meter distance between players.
Pick-up: Players will be exiting the building through the same entrance/exit but through the opposite set of doors.
Things to keep in mind:
Given the unsure and unique circumstances of the season, there will be no grievances, challenges, appeals to player placement accepted. It has been a long year and we can all see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our priority is to get the kids back on the floor, sticks in hand, and enjoy the game they all love!
We are so excited to see everyone!
GO RAGE GO!
